Software:
- Operating System: our software will work under MS Windows XP and Vista.
- Web Browser: MS Internet Explorer 6.0 or later.
Hardware:
- CPU: Any modern (not more than 3 years old) PC will work
- Amount of RAM depends on the operating system. 512MB for XO, 1.5GB for Vista
- Sound Card, speakers or headphones (if receiving audio only)
and microphone (if sending audio)
- Video Capture Board with camera or an USB camera
- Graphics Board capable of displaying 16-bit graphics (65536
colors) with at least 1024x768 pixels resolution
- 15 MB of available hard drive space.
Network Connectivity:
- 28.8 kbps modem: basic features only (chat, whiteboard, shared
browser, receiving low quality audio only)
- 56 kbps modem: above plus sending audio, some application sharing
- 128 kbps double ISDN line: above plus receiving and sending
low quality video, screen and application sharing
- faster connections: above with high quality video and audio,
high-performance screen sharing.
